Gingerbread leaks for Droid 2 Global!!

So you bought a Motorola Droid 2 Global on Verizon and still remember at the beginning of the summer when Gingerbread was coming your way. Then came all those GB updates that broke phones and caused an uproar. Months later and all you Droid 2 Global owners are still hanging in the wind. Well for the brave users out there, the wait is over!

A developer over at Rootzwiki, aceoyame, has released a leaked version of Gingerbread for the Droid 2G. Now keep in mind this is a LEAKED version. It is by no means a final build so not everything might be working. However aceoyame reports on his post that all is well in the leak and everything seems to be fully functional. You must be unrooted in order for this to work!!! So if you are you would need to flash back to the stock .330 build and make sure that you do not have any form of recovery on the phone still. These may seem like alot of work but there is sweet Gingerbread goodness at the end of this tunnel. Remember back up everything before trying this out and head on over to Rootzwiki to download the leak before Moto puts a stop to it!
